These Terms govern residential and office cleaning services provided by Kate Keeps It Klean. By submitting a quote request or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Kate Keeps It Klean provides residential and office cleaning services within designated service areas. All services are subject to availability, confirmation, and agreement on scope.
2. Quote Requests & Submitted Information
When you submit a quote request, you authorize us to store and use the information provided for internal business purposes including quoting, scheduling, customer support, recordkeeping, and service improvement.
We do not sell your information. Information may be shared only with trusted vendors necessary to operate our business (such as website/technical support, email delivery, analytics, or advertising tools if enabled), or when required by law.
3. Consent to Contact
By submitting a quote request, you consent to being contacted by phone call, text message (SMS), and email regarding your request, scheduling, confirmations, service updates, and follow-up.
By providing a mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages related to your quote request or scheduled services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Communications are limited to legitimate business purposes related to your inquiry or scheduled service.
4. Estimates & Scope of Work
Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of the request. If the actual condition, size, or scope of the property differs materially from the description provided, the final time and pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
5. Minimum Booking
Minimum booking is 2 hours.
6. Access, Utilities & Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and that water and electricity are available. Pets should be secured when appropriate for safety.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond normal expectations.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to return and address the concern.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion based on the circumstances.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in suspension or refusal of future services.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
10. Liability
Kate Keeps It Klean is licensed and insured. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Improperly installed or unsecured fixtures
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by faulty or deteriorated materials
Any damage concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
