1. What areas do you serve?
Kate Keeps It Klean proudly serves clients in and around the Des Moines metro, including:

2. What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We currently offer three core cleaning services:
- Standard Clean - Deep Clean - Move In / Move Out Clean
We also offer office and small commercial cleaning for select spaces.
Add-on services may also be available depending on the job.
3. What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean is intended for regular upkeep and maintenance. It is a strong fit for homes that are already in reasonably good condition and need consistent care.
A deep clean is more detailed and is usually recommended for first-time visits, homes that need extra attention, or spaces that have gone longer between cleanings.

4. Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
Yes. Recurring cleaning is one of the best ways to keep a home consistently clean and reduce the need for more intensive resets later.
Recurring service may be scheduled based on availability and fit. If ongoing service is the goal, mention that in the quote request so we can plan accordingly.
5. Do you clean offices or commercial spaces?
Yes. We offer office and small commercial cleaning for select properties.
This may include common areas, entryways, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, waiting areas, and similar spaces depending on the property and service needs.
If the space has special scheduling needs, evening or weekend availability may be discussed when appropriate.
6. Is there a minimum booking?
Yes. We have a 2-hour minimum booking requirement.
This helps ensure enough time to complete the work properly and maintain consistent scheduling standards.
7. How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the size of the property, condition of the space, service type, frequency, and overall scope of work.
K3 is positioned around trust, consistency, and quality, not bargain-basement cleaning. Quotes are based on the actual work involved so expectations are clear on both sides.
For the most accurate estimate, submit a quote request with as much detail as possible.
8. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We provide cleaning supplies.
If there is a product you prefer us to use in your home or workplace, let us know. We are happy to review preferences when possible.
9. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily.
Some clients prefer to be home, while others provide access instructions ahead of time. As long as entry details are clear and the visit is properly arranged, either option can work.
10. What should I do about pets?
We love pets, but for safety and efficiency, we prefer that pets be secured when possible during the cleaning.
If there are any specific concerns about doors, rooms, routines, or nervous pets, include those notes in the quote request or let us know before the appointment.
11. How do I request a quote?

12. How long will my cleaning take?
That depends on the size of the property, service type, condition, and scope of work.
Some cleanings are straightforward maintenance visits. Others require more detailed work, especially first-time deep cleans or move-related jobs.
We do not rush through homes just to hit a number. The goal is to do the job properly.
13. Do you offer move-in or move-out cleaning?
Yes. We offer move-in and move-out cleaning services.
These jobs often require more detailed work and can vary a lot depending on the condition of the property. If this is the type of service needed, include that in the quote request along with timing and any specific concerns.
14. Can I request add-on services?
Yes. Some add-on services may be available depending on the property and the appointment.
Examples may include:

Availability and pricing for add-ons depend on time, scope, and scheduling.
15. What is included in a cleaning?
That depends on the service type.
In general, service is designed around the selected cleaning level and the agreed scope of work. If something is especially important to you, mention it when requesting your quote so expectations are aligned from the start.
For recurring clients, clarity around scope helps keep service consistent from visit to visit.
16. How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible.
Availability can vary depending on the week, city, and service type. If you have a preferred date or a time-sensitive need, it is best to reach out sooner rather than later.
17. Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We offer a 24-hour satisfaction window.
If there is a legitimate issue related to the completed service, reach out within 24 hours so it can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
The goal is always to provide work that is thorough, professional, and dependable.
18. Can I reschedule if something comes up?
Yes. Life happens.
If you need to reschedule, reach out as soon as possible. Advance notice helps keep the schedule running smoothly and makes it easier to find a workable adjustment.
