If you identify a legitimate issue with the completed service -- something that was missed, skipped, or not done to standard -- contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will review it and address it.
Our goal on every job is the same: thorough, dependable work that holds up when you look closely. When that doesn't happen, we want the opportunity to fix it.
How to Use the Guarantee

Start with your preferred contact method as soon as you identify the issue. The 24-hour window starts at the time your appointment ends.

Step 2 — Describe the concern
Let us know what was missed or what didn't meet your expectations. A photo is helpful but not required.

Step 3 — We'll follow up promptly
Kate will review the concern and respond directly. If the issue falls within the scope of the completed service, we will schedule a return visit to address it at no charge.
What's Covered
The guarantee applies to work that was part of the agreed scope of service for your appointment.
Covered:
- Areas or tasks included in the booked service that were missed or incomplete
- Work that was performed below a reasonable standard of quality
- Cleaning that was agreed upon but not completed during the visit
Not covered:
- Requests for additional services not included in the original booking
- Damage claims unrelated to cleaning quality (these are handled separately under our licensed and insured coverage)
- Concerns reported after the 24-hour window has passed
- Normal re-soiling that occurs after the cleaning is complete
